About the Role:

The CNC Turner role is a pivotal position within our manufacturing team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. This days-based opportunity allows for a stable work-life balance while offering overtime possibilities to enhance earnings.

As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines, producing high-quality parts using FANUC programming, and contributing to our company's growth and precision engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating CNC turning/lathe parts with precision and efficiency
  • Programming using FANUC software to produce accurate results
  • Working in a days-based Monday-to-Friday role with opportunities for overtime

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with CNC lathes and machine tools
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with ease
  • Familiarity with FANUC programming and CAD/CAM skills are advantageous

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. With a salary range of £34,500 - £40,500, this position offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as a company pension, 33 days holiday, and half-day Fridays.
