Job Title: Sales Consultant

Red Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our client, a company dedicated to helping families secure financial protection for their loved ones with a range of insurance options.

Job Summary:

This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries in regards to life insurance, providing customers with peace of mind that those who matter most to them are protected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling sales enquiries for life insurance products
  • Providing accurate information on products to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
  • Supporting customers and giving them the peace of mind
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment (preferably in a call centre)
  • Target-driven with strong communication and listening skills
  • High level of resilience with motivation to succeed
  • Passionate about providing great customer service
Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum, increasing to £33,000 after 6 months, with an OTE of £50,000 - £85,000
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
