Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Specialist to support children's learning and development in Cambridgeshire schools on a part-time basis.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. You will work closely with individual students, providing them with the additional support they need to reach their full potential.
The estimated salary for this position is £18-20 per hour, depending on experience.
Your new role
In this position, you will:
- Support classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with individual students to provide them with the additional support they need
- Help students reach their full potential
Benefits
You will receive a comprehensive training package to support your role and competitive pay within the market. Teaching Personnel also offers a generous 'Refer a Friend' scheme, where applicants can earn up to £200 for every person they refer for work as a Teacher.
Minimum Requirements
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. You will also be required to undergo safeguarding checks and have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
