Main Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RSCN/RN (Child))
  • Experience of teaching and training others
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Criteria

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • A&E qualification, training or experience
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Skills in extended roles, such as cannulation and venepuncture
