Spa Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless and relaxing experiences for all guests. With a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing teams, you will lead a team of skilled therapists and support staff to develop strategies that increase revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily spa operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of skilled therapists and support staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling.


Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • KPI-driven and results-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action.
  • Strong people development skills and ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with willingness to adapt to changing situations.
