Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

- Collaborate with Funding Managers to ensure the positive impact of our grant making and special purpose funds for patients and staff at the Trust.
- Build strong relationships with grant holders, Special Purpose Fund holders, and other Trust contacts to raise the profile of our three Charities and identify opportunities for development and funding.
- Work with the Trust Engagement Business Manager to design reporting that enables robust pipeline and grant management, and supports monitoring and evaluation.
- Support improvement projects as needed, such as improvements to funding schemes, funding operations, or business systems.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, particularly helping them navigate complexity.
- Utilize a database to manage information and projects.
- Experience working with budgets and other financial information is essential.
- Analyze narrative and/or financial information to make informed decisions.
- A strong interest in health, philanthropy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is necessary.
- Able to manage and analyze financial information.
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers to help them achieve their objectives.
