Job Title: Regional Plant Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Regional Plant Mechanic to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a Regional Plant Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Plant and Tool division by supporting our depots to ensure that our customers can hire what they want, when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel across our regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair any faults or damage to equipment.
  • Accurately update service records.
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a customer-focussed approach.
  • Hold a valid driving licence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a plant mechanic/fitter role with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served.
  • Sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A customer-focussed approach and committed team player.
