Senior RF Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our RF systems, from conceptualization to production support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in RF design, with experience in developing and testing new designs. You will be responsible for spearheading all RF aspects of our offerings, including system design, circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and handover to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the design of RF systems, including receivers, transmitters, and power amplifiers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems with other components
  • Design and develop RF circuits, including PCB layout and testing
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RF design trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design/Engineering or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in RF design, with a strong understanding of RF principles and theories
  • Proficiency in autonomous work, with the ability to develop and test new designs
  • Familiarity with Cellular systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
  • Desirable understanding of basic DSP principles and Software Defined Radio principles
  • Bonus: Embedded software development proficiency on PICs
  • Strong grasp of electronics and specialized RF/Microwave Engineering expertise, extending up to 4GHz
