Aftersales Department Head Role:

To oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing customer satisfaction surveys and other metrics to monitor and improve service quality.
  • Challenging and driving the performance of the Service department staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Managing, coaching, and motivating the team to foster long-term staff satisfaction and potential career progression.
  • Controlling costs for the department and monitoring performance against agreed targets and budgets.
  • Recruitment process management, as required.
  • Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and implement targeted marketing strategies.
  • Regular review of Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ambassador for the Brand and Dealergroup, promoting a positive image and reputation.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • OTE from £40,000 – £48,000.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
  • 29 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays), increasing to 32 Days after 3 years of service.
