About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of project types and sizes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project delivery of the Electrical Discipline
  • Acting as MEP design leader and key client point of contact on selected projects
  • Conduct early-stage option analysis, strategy setting, and critical review of the client brief
  • Manage a team of engineers in diverse geographical locations
  • Liaise with the MEP project Director and other stakeholders on progress, risks, and commercial position
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Leading the design of large-scale MV/LV schemes particularly related to hospitality, retail, or healthcare
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead professional teams to deliver client solutions
