Job Role: Energy Transition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our team as an Energy Transition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating retrofit projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will also contribute to the development of new business opportunities, helping us to grow and expand our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retrofit coordination to ensure projects meet PAS2030 and PAS2035 standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in social housing programs or similar experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fabric installation and the built environment.
  • Clean UK driving license and DBS check required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
  • Annual leave scheme allowing buying and selling of leave after successful probation.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £52,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
