Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team in Leicester Thurmaston. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating enriching experiences for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with regulatory standards.
- Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
