Job Overview

We are recruiting for a senior-level UX SPECIALIST to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. This is a 15-month contract role, with a competitive day rate of £500-£550 per day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end journeys for acquiring data from the Met Office, creating 'as-is' and 'to-be' service blueprints, and leading the design and implementation of service strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer to work closely with stakeholders, influencing and mentoring others to embed good user-centred design practice within teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end journeys for acquiring data from the Met Office.
  • Create 'as-is' and 'to-be' service blueprints.
  • Lead the design and implementation of service strategies.
  • Mentor other user-centred design colleagues.
