Job Overview:

Dimensions is seeking Support Workers to join their team in Ash Vale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live an independent life.

The successful applicant will work alongside a team of three men and two ladies, aged 40-70's, who enjoy a full and varied life. They participate in activities such as going out for lunch and dinner, seeing shows at local theatres, shopping trips, arts and crafts at home, cooking, and planning holidays.

The people we support communicate in different ways, but they can understand and express themselves effectively. Dimensions provides full training for all Support Workers, so prior experience is not necessary.

We are looking for Support Workers who can commit to working a mixture of day and evening shifts, including sleep-ins. A pay rate of £12.33 per hour, with a £50 allowance for sleep-ins, is offered.

In this role, you will assist with finances, meal preparation, and personal care for the ladies. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through funded accredited courses and take advantage of our benefits package.
