About the Role

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our community food pub in Fakenham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, engaging with the local community, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Be accountable for the overall performance of the pub, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff well-being.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
• Build strong relationships with local suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and community engagement.
• Collaborate with our area manager to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
