A key member of our team, the Financial Operations Coordinator at Ryanair UK, will be responsible for supporting the finance department with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the finance department, including reconciliations, vendor liaison, and record-keeping.

Key responsibilities of the Financial Operations Coordinator role include:

  • Reconciling Invoices
  • Liaising with Vendors and Contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records and invoices
  • Efficiently managing Spreadsheets
  • Resolving account discrepancies
  • Participating in payroll processes
  • Reporting on finance projections
  • Reconciling business bank statements monthly
  • Onboarding of new starters

Requirements for the role include:

  • A hardworking and eager to learn individual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time-management and organisation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Desirable: good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role would be beneficial, but a passion for finance and a willingness to learn would also be considered
  • Previous experience with accounting software would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential
