About the Role

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximising sales and revenue through effective people management and stock maintenance
  • Training and accrediting new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Driving high standards of quality and excellence in every aspect of our business
