Job Overview:

RHL Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Senior Fit Out Site Manager to lead our prestigious project in Queensway, London.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the fit out process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £250 per day, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

Suitable candidates will have a strong background in joinery, preferably residing in the London area, and hold relevant certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at work.

In addition, we require applicants to provide references on request and proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Job Description:

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to oversee the successful delivery of our fit out project in Queensway, London. As a Senior Fit Out Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • CSCS certification
  • SMSTS certification
  • First Aid at work certification
  • Relevant experience in fit out site management
  • References available on request
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK
