We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our team in the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing commercial property damage and Business Interruption losses. They will be responsible for handling claims from initial field visits through to settlement, meeting challenging audit criteria, and achieving monthly targets.

The successful candidate will work autonomously but receive regular support and guidance from their manager. They will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Key requirements include:

  • Customer focus with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service
  • Solid experience in dealing with commercial claims
  • A commitment to advancing ACII and ACILA qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and ownership of caseloads
  • Strong relationships with clients
  • Flexibility and adaptability during times of surge
  • Prioritization and organization of workload
  • Advanced education level (ideally)
