About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Supply Chain team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business value through financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Supply Chain Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, consolidating data down to EBITDA and Operating Free Cash Flow (OFCF).
  • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, including working capital cash flow (WCCF) analysis.
  • Communicate financial results to finance and operational stakeholders, highlighting trends, data insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop business cases to support change and drive value creation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
  • Champion a collaborative approach across the finance, commercial, and operations teams, challenging stakeholders to meet targets supported by data and insights.

Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
  • Relevant experience in a business partner role.
  • Confident working with large data sets across various modelling tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Finance reporting and commercial competence.
  • Data analytics experience.
  • Business case modelling.
  • Flexibility to work from our Reading office.
