Key Responsibilities
  • Client Delivery and Revenue Growth
    • Provide deep product expertise to clients across the Prime Financial Services product suite, ensuring first-class delivery and exceptional client service.
    • Drive client revenue by seeking ways to improve financial returns in partnership with key internal and client stakeholders.
    • Perform margin simulations and overall profitability analysis for pricing proposals, and partner with Trading, Credit, and Risk to assist in discussions related to the client's portfolio.
  • Client Partnership and Advisory
    • Build an understanding of the client's organizational structure, needs, and strategy, and use that knowledge to ensure effective representation of their business.
    • Develop a long-term partnership with clients, utilizing the Prime Financial Services product range to grow, optimize, and protect business revenue.
    • Provide advisory coverage where regulatory change impacts the Prime Financial Services product suite, partnering closely with clients and J.P. Morgan project teams to understand and manage change.
  • Operational Excellence and Risk Management
    • Work closely with teams across Operations, Technology, and the broader Prime Business to ensure effective management of client projects and high-profile life cycle events.
    • Ensure client operational risk points are evaluated, and act as a client escalation contact where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Good product understanding in some if not all of the Prime Financial Services product range.
  • Exceptional client service and customer-focus, with the ability to represent the firm and build long-standing client relationships.
  • Operational excellence, exemplifying high standards of performance, ability to execute with skill, urgency, and discipline.
  • Thrive in a team environment, focusing on being part of a team while being a strong individual contributor.
  • Self-starter, naturally proactive, continually looking to expand knowledge of the firm, self-generate challenging objectives, and leverage their own skill set to realize these goals.
  • Analytical, ability to manipulate data logically, assimilate, and draw conclusions.
  • Commercially astute, thinking like a business owner, and working with others to achieve great outcomes, confident in talking to complex problems and presenting internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree educated; a finance-related degree is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience within Prime Brokerage or Clearing is a significant advantage.
  • Some industry experience with a demonstrable track record of delivery with a strong client focus.
