HVAC Engineer Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our client, a leading HVAC company in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in servicing, fault finding, and repairing air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems to a high standard
  • Conduct thorough fault finding and diagnostic checks to identify and resolve issues
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (not essential)
  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  • Full driving license
  • Experience with service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair
  • Live in the Midlands area (Coventry, Solihull, Tamworth, Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon-Avon)
