Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our Commercial team at Sharpsmart UK.
This is a fast-paced sales role where you will develop strong relationships with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders, driving sales of our innovative services. You will work collaboratively as part of a high-achieving team on large projects, implementing our system across your territory.
The ideal candidate will be based in England and will require regular travel to customer and Sharpsmart sites.
You will:
- Maximise product sales through utilisation of high-level product knowledge and selling skills.
- Interact with stakeholders to establish informed knowledge of clinical data and market trends.
- Create new business opportunities by investigating accounts and establishing relationships with relevant clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- Manage your territory by delivering strategic objectives into targeted accounts, delivering impactful and actionable meetings and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in healthcare waste sales.
- Proven experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage projects.
- Prioritise and organise workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel with overnight stays.
