Adecco is proud to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis for 12 months. As part of our partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading Automotive company in the UK, this role offers a challenging and rewarding experience.

About the Job:

  • This role involves managing and optimising reward processes and systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.
  • As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of best practice processes, procedures, and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual performance-related pay processes, ensuring transparency, equity, and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Operate the OMK Promotion Round, following internal guidelines and conducting thorough analysis.
  3. Conduct comprehensive compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and market alignment of salary bands.
  4. Manage reward-related data, compliance, and systems, including serving as the owner of the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  5. Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of pay and bonus-related matters, including collective bargaining, ad-hoc pay increases, and gender and BAME pay gap reporting.
  6. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and Group, to ensure seamless coordination and accurate data analysis.

Requirements:

  • You should have specialist expertise in reward management and possess advanced analytical skills.
  • You should be able to simplify complex data for effective communication and demonstrate a colleague-focused approach.
  • Strong organisation and planning abilities, as well as previous experience with HR IT systems such as SuccessFactors, are also required.
