Culinary Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our catering team at Spire London East Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our patients and colleagues.

• Supervise Kitchen Areas: Ensure all kitchen areas, restaurants, and ward pantries are maintained to the highest standards, providing an excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Effective Catering Services: Plan, direct, and lead the provision of effective and efficient catering services to all users of the hospital.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food items to a high standard, ensuring hygiene and safety at all times.
• Staff Development: Ensure all catering staff attend mandatory training on an annual basis, including health and safety refresher courses.

• Customer Service Focus: Provide a customer service-focused approach to ensure an exceptional experience for our patients and colleagues.
• Excellent Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the hospitality team.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential.
