About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Leisure Centre Lifeguard to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our centre's staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the swimming pool area.

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to think quickly in emergency situations. You will also be required to perform other duties such as cleaning, setting up events and conducting pool testing.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary, estimated at around £26,000 per year, and a range of fantastic benefits including 23 days' holiday, employee referral scheme and cycle to work scheme.
