About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Operations Director to oversee critical day-to-day functions, including operations, logistics, health and safety, insurance, and more. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting Everrati's growth and maintaining its reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operations.
Logistics Planning
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key skills & Experience include:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management, logistics, or related fields, preferably in a regulated industry.
- H&S Knowledge: Solid understanding of health and safety standards and best practices.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring capabilities.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to challenges.
