Swimming Instructor

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join their team. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

About the Role

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively
• Continuously look for ways to improve our swim lesson programme and better our service to swimmers and customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming or an equivalent qualification
• Experience of teaching a diverse customer base
• The ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
