About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nightwear Designer to join our team at Tagged Resources Limited. As a Nightwear Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our design team in creating innovative and stylish nightwear products for high street retailers and supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new nightwear ranges based on seasonal trends and market research.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create digital designs, graphics, and print repeats using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Work closely with overseas factories to ensure timely delivery of samples and manage the critical path.
  • Conduct seasonal trend research and create presentation packs to inform design decisions.
  • Liaise with fabric mills and manage the in-house fabric library to ensure access to high-quality materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nightwear design or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with CAD software.
  • Strong communication and team working skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and the industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
