Client Service Advisor, Insolvency and Restructuring

We're seeking a skilled Client Service Advisor to join our Insolvency and Restructuring team at Aon. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Insolvency Practitioners and Receivers to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage a busy caseload, identifying and mitigating insurance risks for Insolvency Practitioners.
  • Work within agreed parameters of a Delegated Underwriting Authority, ensuring the correct covers are in place and referring to the underwriter when required.
  • Complete renewals of risks in a timely manner, adhering to compliant processes.
  • Identify client service requirements and support the service team to exceed agreed standards.
  • Collaborate with Client Directors to achieve exceptional client service.
  • Drive the highest level of service to each client, within area of responsibility.
  • Build and maintain a good understanding of each client's business and the Insolvency industry.
  • Manage client expectations, keeping them informed of progress and communicating as appropriate.
  • Maintain client files in accordance with agreed procedures, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Insurance experience, preferably gained at an insurance broker.
  • High level of FCA Principle and Procedures knowledge.
  • Good technical knowledge, especially in major and pecuniary classes, Property/Casualty, and Combined.
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise work, delivering accurately and on time.
  • Acturis experience is preferred but not essential.
