Interviewer/Assessor

About the Role:
As a key member of our Recruitment Partnering Project team, you will play a vital role in transforming the British Army's recruitment service. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct briefings and administer all cognitive assessment activities in a controlled test environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an impartial setting for all assessment activities
- Evaluate candidates based on established criteria
- Offer feedback on a candidate's assessment performance, results, and subsequent stages in the recruitment process
- Engage in one-on-one career conversations with candidates
- Compile detailed reports to aid recruiters and Basic Training Instructors in recognizing the candidate's abilities and areas for improvement
- Provide overnight supervision for prospective recruits
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to nurture and mentor candidates
- Flexible and adaptable to varied working environments
- Excellent Team Player
- Familiarity with Military/Army Careers, would be an advantage
- Organised approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills
