Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in logistics? We're seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product Implementation to join our EU Fleet team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to own and drive the roadmap for focus topics and relevant metrics, distilling clear requirements from diverse customer and partner sets. You will develop PRFAQs for product proposals, discover business and tech stakeholders, and drive product discussions to influence priorities across cross-functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for focus topics and relevant metrics.
  2. Collaborate with customers and partners to distill clear requirements for product proposals.
  3. Develop PRFAQs for product proposals and drive product discussions to influence priorities.
  4. Discover and engage with business and tech stakeholders to drive product implementation.
  5. Actively execute trade-offs to deliver MLPs with a line of sight on the long-term solution.
About the Team

Our EU Fleet team is dedicated to optimizing fleet performance and efficiency through strategic planning, innovative solutions, and seamless coordination. We strive to deliver a bar-raising driver and partner experience while operating at optimal cost.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  3. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  4. Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
  5. Experience as a product manager or owner.
  6. Experience owning technology products.
  7. Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
  8. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  9. Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  10. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
