Kingsbridge Private Hospital North West offers an exciting career opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Surgical Ward Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out assigned duties/procedures, assisting in the implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. You will also participate in clinical supervision for your own development, actively participate in clinical and practice meetings, and develop your knowledge and practice to meet objectives/changes in service. Additionally, you will make effective use of IT systems by ensuring the consistent and accurate entering of data, contribute to a satisfactory system of call and recall of patients, and make recommendations to raise standards of practice and service delivery.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have experience working in a healthcare setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
