We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology and Criminology graduates to join our team at Academics. As a Specialist Psychology and Criminology graduate, you will play a vital role in providing first-class support to children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of psychology and criminology principles. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement therapeutic support plans for children with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and Mild Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement therapeutic support plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
