Supply Classroom Assistant

About the Job
In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit team to provide support to students with SEN. You will assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, monitor student progress, and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with SEN
- Collaborating with teachers and therapists to develop personalized plans
- Monitoring student progress and reporting back to teaching staff
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Qualification in education or a related field (e.g., teaching assistant diploma)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
