Warehouse/Despatch Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse/Despatch Operative to join our client's friendly team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a long-established employer and contribute to the success of their operations.

The Role:
  • Order picking from floor-level pick points, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Operating various lifting and handling equipment, including power pallet trucks and hand pallet trucks.
  • Controlling inventory accuracy through effective use of inventory management systems.
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping and adhering to recycling initiatives.
  • Contributing to adequate staffing levels by working shifts as required.
  • Working effectively and safely in line with all health and safety requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reliable and conscientious, with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn.
