We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of sports entertainment.

The Role

As a Product Manager for the betting cluster, you will work closely with the product director and delivery teams to translate high-level roadmaps into work items.

Your responsibilities will cover both the strategic and tactical aspects of product management. You will work with the delivery team to ensure all aspects of delivery have been accounted for, including operational help, domain knowledge share, and go-to-market strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure your team and stakeholders are fully invested and helping you to shape the product vision, goals, and strategy for the next program increment.
  • Work with the product director to produce the product vision, roadmap, and identify opportunities.
  • Translate product vision and roadmap into detailed work items in preparation for quarterly planning.
  • Maintain strong links to key stakeholders across technical, commercial, support, marketing, and operations in addition to key customers.
  • Articulate vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the current and next quarter.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the industry and with specific competitors, identifying threats and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management in the online sports betting or gaming industry.
  • 3+ years' experience in a product management role.
  • Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps.
  • Experience with software product development methodologies, mainly focused on agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap.
  • Strong background in BI and/or analytics required; experience working on data-oriented products preferred.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Passionate about working in the betting industry.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Team leadership.
  • Highly collaborative nature.
