About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Private Client team, specializing in Employment Litigation. As a key member of our team, you will handle a variety of work from initial referral to conclusion, including non-contentious matters such as settlement agreement advice, drafting, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise junior lawyers and develop open, honest relationships with team members and colleagues
  • Advise on employment processes, draft and review letters, and handle private litigation cases
  • Support the development of high-quality legal solutions and contribute to the growth of our team
Requirements
  • Sound experience in employment litigation, with prior supervision of junior lawyers
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
