Job Overview:

Omega Resource Group Careers is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our team in Lincoln. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for ensuring manufactured parts conform to drawings provided.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,955 to £32,340 per annum, inclusive of shift allowance. The role also offers opportunities for career development and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision components
• Ensuring processed parts meet drawing specifications
• Managing time effectively to meet production deadlines
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Providing support to other team members as required

Requirements:

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand turning principles
• Experience with setting and operating CNC lathes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Working Hours:

The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with shifts Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm or 1:25pm to 9:05pm, and Friday 12:35pm to 7pm.
