Electro Plating Technician

Hythe, Kent

£12.50 per hour

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week (early finish on Fridays)

Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Electro Plating Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carrying out and reviewing risk assessments, including COSHH, and possess excellent people management skills. The successful candidate will also have a methodical and analytical approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electroplating processes to high standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures
  • Manage and train a team of technicians
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery

Requirements:

  • Experience in electroplating and surface finishing
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH and risk assessment procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work
