As a Site Manager at Clancy, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in undertaking all associated works on the gas network.
This is a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will manage and monitor programmed works to maximize output and minimize costs while promoting a 'right first time and zero harm safety culture'.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation and NRSWA specifications
* Highlight non-conformities, escalating when required
* Lead and manage your team, providing high-quality training and mentoring to support their development
* Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
* Proactively manage schedules to minimize disruption and preventable mistakes
Requirements
* Substantial experience of working in a similar role in the gas/utility/construction/service environment/infrastructure environment at site management level
* A Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation, SSSTS/SMSTS are essential
* A civil engineering qualification and a first aid qualification are highly desirable
* Extensive knowledge of gas and health and safety practices
