At Ark Dickens Primary Academy, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students across all year groups.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who can assist teachers in the classroom, provide individual support to students, and contribute to the overall learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a teaching assistant, have worked with children with specific learning, physical, and social needs, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individual support to students as needed
* Support the development of students' learning and behavior
* Contribute to the overall learning environment, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective communication and teamwork
