As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive good outcomes from every interaction they have with you. You will build rapport with customers easily and enjoy working in a target-driven environment focused on good customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive good outcomes from every interaction they have with you
  • Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Marshall and the vehicle brand
  • Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras

About You:

  • An experienced salesperson with a desire to continue, or start, their career in the motor industry
  • A keen interest in the motor industry and a desire for a successful sales career

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and company car
  • Bonus scheme based on sales of new and used vehicles
