About the Role:

This Quantity Surveying Leader position is ideal for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting risk management and value engineering assessments, monitoring project costs and progress, and providing expert advice on cost management and procurement strategies.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and employers agent work. A strong understanding of cost management principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
