About the Role


As a Senior Interior Designer at Bigblue, you will play a pivotal role in leading design projects from conception to completion, translating client visions into stunning, functional environments.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and manage interior design projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Pitch creative design concepts to clients, aligning with their vision and meeting our high design standards.
  • Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and design presentations showcasing innovative, sustainable design solutions.
  • Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with the project vision and budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continually push design boundaries.
  • Establish trust with clients and serve as a point of contact throughout the design process.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial interior design within the Commercial D&B Sector.
  • Proven experience leading multiple large-scale projects with creative vision and precision.
  • Exceptional design sensibility, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative, functional spaces.
  • Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching ideas to clients.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
