Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ACCA Audit Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing audit assignments, developing business relationships, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage audit assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Drive commercial awareness and business development activities, including proposal preparation and presentation
  • Lead training and development initiatives, ensuring staff receive necessary training and feedback
  • Monitor costs against budget and ensure effective cost management
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) with significant external audit experience
  • Proven track record of business development and commercial awareness
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in motivating staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
