Job Title: Personal Development Manager

About the Role:

The Personal Development Manager will play a key role in creating and delivering an exciting and engaging programme of personal development activities and events for College learners.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within an educational environment, ideally within a Further Education/Post-16 setting. They will be responsible for organising, co-ordinating, promoting and delivering events to develop essential life and personal skills of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a comprehensive programme of personal development and physical health activities for all learners.
  • Working closely with learners to explore key topics and themes, including physical health, wellbeing and all-round personal development.
  • Organising, coordinating and delivering events that develop essential life skills, personal wellbeing and promote active lifestyles through sports and physical activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within an educational environment, ideally within a Further Education/Post-16 setting.
  • Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work with respect and confidentiality.
