Regional Sales Director – North

Moriati Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to join our client's team in Manchester.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our client's sales strategy and execution in the North of the UK.

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across the North.

You will lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across the North.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking to further build brand presence in the region.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and regional developments to the senior leadership team.
Requirements:

We are looking for a sales leader with:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within AdTech, media, or digital advertising industries.
  • Strong experience working with media agencies, with an established network of contacts outside of London.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
