- Ensure the adoption of best-in-class technology, platforms, and systems to enhance digital capabilities.
- Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working and align the organisation with the digital transformation strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading digital and data transformation programmes in complex, busy, and fast-paced organisations.
- Strategic planning, programme, and change management skills.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, based on experience.
