### Job Title: Examinations Officer - Specialist School

### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Examinations Officer to join our team at a Specialist School in Southwark. As the primary liaison between the school and external examination bodies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration of exams.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with awarding bodies and the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) to ensure compliance with examination regulations
* Provide administrative support to the SEN, Pastoral, and Safeguarding teams to ensure effective communication and management processes
* Contribute to the development and review of examination-related school policies
* Work with the SENCO to ensure appropriate access arrangements and reasonable adjustments for students
* Manage and resolve exam timetables, ensuring compliance with guidance and safeguarding procedures

### Requirements:

* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
* Exams Officer training (essential)
* A minimum of 1-2 year's experience working in an Exams Officers role within a school or other relevant organisation (essential)
* Working in a school/college or administration environment
* Using a management information system (MIS) & working with data sets
* Working with awarding bodies and regulatory organisations
